358/2 Days Spoiler!! Axels real name revealed

I kinda figured it would be either Lea or Lae, considering those are really the only two options from his Nobody name that sound, well, namely.

 

Working on doing just that!! Had to have a temp hiatus from the game due to irl issues but will endeavor to get the screen cap asap

 

So Axel's is the only name that is revealed?

A bit of a disappointment but still awesome. I don't see why everyone is ragging on Lea. It's not that bad of a name. He may have a feminine name, but he is nowhere near as feminine as, let's say, Sora!

 

And thus, my whole world shatters.

Of all the names...

I'm sorry, but that doesn't really prove anything, other than the fact that Saix and Axel were talking...

Ria Pronounced Lea

Unfortunately we lack the ability to take a video of this movie but we can assure you this is the real deal

 

His name is written as 'Ria' in katakana..

 

Actually Saix pronounced it Re-a in the Japanese version as we have yet to hear the actual English translation I don't think it's a safe bet to be making assumptions on the pronouncement of the name.

Also as there is no information about Lea it is quiet plausible to speculate that as a somebody, Lea may have been in fact, female but then again maybe not -shrugs-...it's all speculation until some new info surfaces...I'm personally hoping for an extended version of the game having playing quiet a ways through I did feel it was lacking in some areas especially in regards to information about the organization XIII somebodies. Other than that AWESOME GAME IS AWESOME!!

 

Oh wow. That's interesting that the whole "rearrange the letters get rid of the 'x'" thing has proven to work on some of the Organization members. "Lea" sounds like a girl's name, that suits Axel just fine ;D

No but seriously, "Lea" is not a good name for "Axel".

Well there wasn't too many Different names that you could make with 3 letters. I'm guessing that this means we'll be seeing Lea in BBS

 

Hmm, awesome. I read Lea as "Lee" anyway, seeing as I know a girl called Leah, and her name is pronouced the same way as you guys are saying this is.

 

Oh, well I suppose if it's pronounced like "Lee", that's more plausible for Axel. Seriously, I can imagine the entire organization making fun of him for something pronounced "Leah". XD

 

I just hope it's pronounced "Leh-ah", and not, "Lee-ah". Or just plain "Lee". Actually, here's something:

You can't really blame people for it being highly, highly unpopular for a guy's name. Lae sounds more manly. Why couldn't it be that? Why Lea, even though it can be used a boy's name? Darn you, Nomura. Darn you and your girly-like names for guys >.<. First, Sora, then Terra, and the next victim is Axel. I fear for Marluxia's. Poor thing.

 

I hope it's pronounced differently too, "Lee" would be fine. Lae's the only other way I liked it, or his name could've actually been Axel. Then it would've stayed the same when he joined the Organization.

 

^Or it could have simply been Alex. Whoever said people with X's already in their names couldn't just keep the X?

 

I thought of that name as well, but just as well glad like one had stated good riddences to the Reno somebody theories. Unless Nomura says something that Lae is his nick name then oh god, the speculations would accumulate again. Though Sora's name sounds more femine than Axel's does.

I doubt his somebody was a female, that would be very wierd, and disturbing and make not a crap of sense.

Though it questions me of how the hell does Saix know about his name? Did he dig up his records or something or did some higher member tell him? If you think about it almost sounds like some kind of black mail if with Saix mentioning his name, Axel gave him a scowl though.

Now with Marluxia I can only come up with one name that means flower.

 

Oh hey guys! Nomura just said that Axel's real name as something to do with Reno but only shorter!

Pffft. Reno being Axel's Somebody theories shouldn't exist because there isn't a SINGLE game connection between them.

I'm guessing the fact that maybe Xemnas mentioned something to the members? Or he just told Saix's everyone's real names.

Marluxia's Name = Does Not Compute.

I was hoping for something better. Lea isn't excatly a "SuperSpecialAwesome" name accounting to how fans view him. But it's better than the theories everyone came up with like Ale and such. But who would name a Male child "Lea" excatly?

Nomura confuses me sometimes.
