    Yeah, Xion is going to back..most of the information has already been said, so I've got nothing to say about it...but she is more than just filler. She's the entire reason why
    Roxas left the organization and was captured by Riku.
    And honestly, I liked Xion, so I want to she more of her.

    I'd like some character expansion about her in KH3D and KHIII.

    That's true, i think we will see more of Xion in the future, but i am weary to proclaim we will see her in 3D. There may be hints here and there about it, but i am assuming that we will most likely see her in KHIII.

    Birth By Sleep
    so why not?
    I did like her, not sure why others dont but I did cry at the end :why?:

    Well, I really like her too. It was a great end...

    But, I don't believe that Xion will return. She, Roxas and Axel are really happy inside Sora's heart. Or maybe they are in nowhere. Or in a world made by them, somewhere their "feelings" created.
    Wherever they are, they're happy.
    Xion fade away on Day 357 "Tears", Roxas defeated her, but she went "to be with Sora". Then Axel fade away helping Sora. And finally Roxas came back to be with Sora as well.

    So I don't think they'll renturn. It would end with all the history about why they fade away... But like the secret movie told us, they're "alive" somewhere really good. There is no why disturb their happines when they already played theirs parts.
    That was the "Happy Ending" that Nomura gives to them. Unfortunately, the story that they had to tell has already been told.

    Data Namine told Data Sora and King Mickey about how Xion needs help AFTER the events of all the other KH games with the exception of DDD. Happened in RE:Coded.

    Oh, I have forgot that last part...
    Hm...
    They're hurt... And Sora is the only person that can make Xion (and everybody)'s pain go away.
    ..Yeah... Maybe she will return. And meaning Xion's return, Roxas may be back as well.

    Axel never had any reason to fade into Sora. He was his own Nobody. Only Roxas and Xion faded into him.

    Anyway, we may end up seeing Xion and Roxas in some "Sora's heart is full of all these other people" scene.
    Also, they're not together. Roxas never remembered Xion and Axel is off being Lea again somewhere. That scene was just to show who still needs to be helped by Sora (Roxas, Xion, Axel, Ven, Terra, Aqua, Namine).

    They are all bound to come back. It's Kingdom Hearts, I bet number III will be like a Christmas party or a birthday party....or just a party.
    Why is Sora such a inception?

    Which also confuses me - if
    Birth By Sleep -Volume II- does ever see fruition, what do you think Xion will be doing in it? Why did we see Riku? Was this just a event in 358/2 made into a cutscene? And why was Kairi with Hayner? (actually, I get that.)

    Man I'm confused.

    1. We saw Riku because they were demonstrating bits of every game and showing when BbS Volume II might take place (or it could've been done to confuse the hell out of us all... Nomura...)
    2. They just did what they did with the Birth by Sleep secret ending, mashed a bunch of scenes together -canon or not- and made it into a secret scene to show a possible new entry into the franchise.
    3. Kairi was with Hayner, as i'm sure you've figured out, because they wanted to show more of her time in Twilight Town, even though Axel took her before the TT gang could even DO anything with her.

    There is a big chance she will come back. I say this because she is part of the trio (Roxas,Xion ,Axel) and so if Roxas or axel are brought back then it's like a must to bring her back too. And also that
    she appeared a bit in Recoded
    so that's brings up her chances even more.

    She's been shown as one of the people Sora needs to help both in the Birth by Sleep secret ending AND in the end of Re:Coded.

    She may or may not play an important role in the next entries, but she'll obviously have a part to play, no matter how small.
