I suppose it's a good idea to make an Approved section though at the same time for all the effort of that, some mod/admin could also make a link in the sticky thread. I suppose if people are for it, I'm not against it but it takes just as much work really to do a topic and post links as it does to move a thread. If one can't be maintained, not sure how the other is going to do.

 

I say no, if they really cared to see whats been approved or not, they would look in the sticky. splitting it into two sections wont change a thing.


edit: The sticky isnt updated because 90% of the suggestions are things already in there. IMO

 

I majorly disagree with that, also that means the sticky thread is rather ambiguous doesn't it? As the suggestions are implied but aren't actually listed. Wouldn't it mean the sticky thread needs majorly updating then to make things more generalistic?

If we aren't allowed a section then I at least want TWO sticky threads, one for approved ideas and one for ideas not passed. ​

 

That idea sounds awesome. While it is true that some people dont use the sticky, others really use it alot when they get new ideas. So if we dont get a new section, two stickys would really be good.

 

I like that idea. i'm all for it! though, most of my threads will be in the non approved section

 

Kay, the thing is that, that thread is never updated and half the stuff rejected or approved is not on it.

 

Adam read my post again please xD I think you misunderstood.

I said that the one sticky we have now is not enough and is rarely updated. What I suggested is that we get two NEW threads. One for approved ideas and one for ideas we have said no to. It looks like we wont be getting sub sections for it, but by splitting the threads into two stickys we can at least make it clearer.

If the threads were made then they would need to be done so they were fully updated. If they were fully updated and up to date then they would be easier to keep track of and add to in future. ​
