Digital Art Split needs comments now.

The text is in white, that's why it looks so ghey on the white background =\

I am actually not pleased with this at all. Way too blurred...I tried to fix it, but it didn't work at all -_-
The colors were stupid too, I planned to change it to a light blue/green grad, but the thing wasn't working for me.

Overall, ****** tag. That is why I need criticism! =]

 

The color scheme is fine, though the reflection thing is kinda lame. The light source could be colored imo. Add a few gradients and make the render blend with your background and you'll be in buisness. The "add on" effects are cool, though it seems like you skipped the biggest parts of the tag.

 

The only thing that really makes it BAD is that horrid soft brush in the middle. It shouldn't look like it's coming from the foreground.

Put it behind them, or behind some of the affects, or better yet, remove it all together and switch it with a lens flare, then change the color of the lens flare using photofliters.

 

I reaaaally don't like the light in the back. It's taking the focus away from the girls. The colors are appealing, though, and work well, so that kind of makes up for it.

Made it in like 5 minutes, some practice on GIMP. Just downloaded it on my laptop, no additions, all defaults.

 

I love the smudging in here. :3 The colors are gorgeous too. I'm not a fan of the whole 'popping off' thing though, and the 'split' text is a bit gross. It's great for defaults and five minutes, very sort of simple yet nice tag.
