    Emo Spiderman ftw.
    Great movie.....
Though, I don't like some of the things they did with the characters.

It had more story than the first two combined, the coolest villain/spidey suit of all times, and the best message in the end. SM3 was perfect and I cant wait for more!

I would love to see the following story lines in the movies:

    Spidey vs Blade or Wolverine.

    madame web

spidey in one of the other suits(I.E when captain universe posseses him during the acts of vengance series)

have Ben Reily(Peter Parker clone, also known as the Scarlet Spider)

    the Negative Zone alias, Dusk

Ricochet, the alias he took up during the Identity Crisis storyline, where Spiderman is accused of murder. (Or even bring Johnny Gallo into it, the man who takes the identity once parker gets rid of it.)

Hornet, another alias during the above mentioned storyline, (it was first a different person who was wheel chair bound, and later was used by a villain but Parker used this suit at one time as well.) the Hornet costume gave Spider-Man the ability to fly and shoot fast-acting sedative stinger darts, as well as full use of his normal abilities.

the Prodigy costume, designed by Mary Jane Watson-Parker while Peter tries to clear Spiderman's name of murder. It is padded to make Spider-Man appear bigger, and bulletproof to make it seem as though he is invulnerable. While in this identity, he adopts a confident, archetypical heroic persona

Another awesome thing would be using the "Iron Spider" design that Parker recieved from Tony Stark in "The Other", it is red and gold, much like Iron man's colors, it had many features like the Iron man suit, such as three mechanical spider arms, Stark describes them as too delicate to use in combat, yet Spider-Man shortly afterward uses them to smash through the sensors in Titanium Man's helmet. Later on during the Civil War storyline, he uses them, (reluctantly), during his fight with Captain America. Other features include short-distance gliding capability, limited bulletproofing, built-in fire/police/emergency scanner, audio/visual amplification (including infrared and ultraviolet), cloaking device, carbon filters to keep out airborne toxins, and a short-range GPS microwave communication system. It grants the ability to breathe under water, and can morph into different shapes due to its "'smart' liquid metal" form. It can also "more or less disappear" when not needed. The new costume is able to look like other styles of costumes Spider-Man has worn over the years or turn into his street clothes. Part of the costume can detach it self from Spider-Man to cover an object too dangerous to touch, such as a radioactive asteroid. All these features are controlled by a computer system in the chest piece. The suit responds to mental control

The armor also has a secret override that can be activated by Iron Man in case of emergencies or if Spider-Man ever switches sides, (which he does in Civil War #5). However, unknown to Stark, Peter was already aware of the safety measure and had bypassed it with his own override, Password Surprise. Perhaps most sinister, Stark discovered a way to give his own Iron Man armor a "spider-sense" based on Peter's, and the ability to give Spider-Man's sense red herring.

Peter wore this suit as Spider-Man's official costume until writer J. Michael Straczynski choose to revert to the older costume. It was used symbolically to show Peter's divided loyalties during the current Civil War event at Marvel Comics.

In Civil War #6, Spider-Man is in his classic costume, apparently rid of this costume since he will be returning to his black outfit in early 2007, as seen in Civil War #7. It is not known if he will return to this outfit after the Back in Black storyline, but it is unlikley if he will because of the end of his loyalty to Iron Man. However, it is possible that he retains this costume and was simply changing it's appearence.

IT WAS AMAZING. :D WOW. Sorry I just cant stop thinking about it and I saw it yesterday afternoon. It was sold out, my friend bought the tickets in advance.
The biggest complaint I had[and its SO minor!] was the plothole involved with the black goo stuff[they never said how/why it fell to earth] thats the only thing that I caught-

But seriously: the acting, special effects, music, directing, costumes, EVERYTHING was perfect. Couldntve been better. Plus nearly all the guys were very handsome... You can really tell that this is the most expensive movie thats ever been made! They fit so much into this movie, and it worked so well. I mean there were 4 villans and yet they didnt rush/underdevelop the plot of ANY of them. The plot twists were fantastic, the movie kept me entertained the ENTIRE time, never a dull moment. The scenes were filmed so well, and the angles were spectacular.
And on top of all of that, they added some comic relief in: the entire theater LOL'd at emo spidey when he did the hairflip:rolleyes:

Can you believe it got a bad review in the washington post? *is furious* Dont listen to the reviewers that use nothing but big adjectives & ramble on pointlessly: they usually have nothing to say but want to sound intelligent anyway...
However in contrast, Ive also heard raving reviews, saying that it was better than the last 2, OR, that the last 2 were better than this one. IDK personally, its been a while since I saw the other two, so I cant fairly compare it but I think this one is definately AT LEAST as good as the others if not better. I really like these movies...Ones like Xmen, superman & batman just didnt live up to expectations, but I feel that Spiderman always has & always will-

Theres been speculation that Tobey Maguire wont play spider man in all the movies[Iguess age] but I just cant imagine anyone else as him!

So yea- Id definately recommend this movie. Its one of the best Ive seen & it surely wont dissapoint:p I just wish itd been longer:p

*Runs off to buy the soundtrack*

Yeah, Eddie Brock is supposed to be this tank of a guy.

Topher Grace? He's like, Eddie Brock's arm.

But Eddie Brock wasn't that big before he became Venom though, I think.

...and the Symbiote gave him muscular enhancement. *shrugs*

Venom needed way more screen time. That's the whole reason I saw the film.

Yeah everyone in the cinema was laughing at that part. XD

Vemon did need more screentime, but they did try to fit in too many plotlines into one film that did make it feel a bit cramped. But unlike Cin's opinion that the whole film was a series of random events. All roles played there part to the main story which was adding pressure to Parker/Spiderman which made him go a bit bad, and Vemon being the after effect of his actions.
