zeke ound himself fighing the edless line of soilders......

''crud theres to many.........''

then a man with blonde hair and a rapier stepped in killing all of the soilders..........

''here *givs zeke a stone* that should help''

then he left...

''I asume ur quick leave is sating that I cant stay eh uncle raphael * sigh* I wonder where Kyla went to........''

zeke walked away from the battle.........

 

Kyla grinned at the stranger who blocked her path. "So you want a fight eh! I will give you what you want, but you will lose."

They faced off against each other swords drawn.

"You will be the one to lose. Prepare to die woman!"

Kyla attacked, striking and parrying with speed. He had underestimated her. He sustained cuts and began to slow.

"What's wrong? Beaten by a woman."

"I......concede that you have won. Take a gift and leave. I have no wish to die this day."

He held out a pouch which Kyla took. She was confused by his attitude, though she had fought like this before. Had she lost she would have been killed and robbed.

 

then Zeke saw kyla on the road........

''hey guys ^^''

 

Kyla groaned. "It's Mr Awkward. Is it too late to hide?"

Cassandra looked at Kyla crossly "That's not very hospitable!"

"Can I fight him then? Let's see how well he defends himself?"

 

''hey mind if I travel with u guys I hav no idea where Im going..........''

 

"Weren't you going to see your Uncle? We can point you in the right direction if you tell us where he lives."

Inwardly Kyla was hoping he didn't want to join them.

Cassandra looked at Zeke, and her face dropped. "Hey! Didn't you want to fight him, Kyla?"

 

''well my uncle kindah kicked me out in a polite/ ''tring to kill all of the soilders who r tring to take his castle manner'' but he did giv me this stone and kyla do u wanna fight me? hehehe''

 

"I just think a sparring match would do us both good. I mean, if you are traveling with us, we need to know how you fight so we can fight with you, and vice versa."

Inwardly she wondered if he could stay on his feet long enough to spar properly with her.

"Hrumph!" Cassandra could not believe what she was hearing.

 

Zeke then drew Estoc then quickly put it up to Kyla's throat

''ur slow.........''

 

"SOULS!" Astaroth shouted seeing Cassandra and the other's. He charged towards Zeke

 

''Zeke dodged

''whao ur that guy we ran into a while bac shoot we're gannah hav 2 call off our fight until later Kyla.......''

 

"I yield, my Lord! We fight as a team. I fight at a distance and Cassandra fights close up. My claymore will protect you from heavier foes. I can do heavy damage. I see you are a speedy dancer!"

Kyla looked at Zeke with a new respect. He was not as awkward as he made out, and perhaps the clumsiness was a ruse to put the enemy off.

"We will practice soon. Would you care to join us for some refreshments?"

 

''yea crumpets would be nice *trips* ouch..........''

 

Kyla swung her claymore and aimed directly at Astaroth's head. The power of the blow would knock him out if not kill him. She was wondering how Zeke expected her to grill crumpets in the open.

Cassandra struck with her Xiphos, slicing with the sword into Astaroth's arm. She used the Aspis to deflect any blows towards her, Zeke or Kyla. She dodged out of range as soon as the claymore came down.

 

Zeke then did multiple attacks with estoc..........''hes 2 strong!''

 

Kyla screamed, swinging the claymore. The huge sword connected with Astaroth's head, knocking him sideways. "You need a bigger sword, Zeke."

 

''nah i prefer my rapier it took down bigger behemoths than this 1''

 

"Not so far it hasn't."

Cassandra walked up to Zeke. "Want me to defend you?"
