Kingdom Hearts Sora's heartless sucked.....

I mean, you'd think he'd get something better than a SHADOW!!!

 

Well his heartless form in Kh2 was a lot better.

 

I believe it was a Shadow because Sora himself did not use Darkness really and he was a Pureblood one, not an Emblem one, since he was using the Dark Keyblade which was raw darkness, and was not taken by a Heartless. There weren't many Pureblood Heartless in KH so the Shadow was about the only option. Would have been cool though to see him as a NeoShadow.

 

I was actually thinking the same thing. Sora, an almighty keybearer is turned into a heartless- A SHADOW!!! But I think I know why he was one and not something alot more complex: If he was something like an nvisible then it wouldn't be right, they went with tradition- the most common heartless. It wouldn't be right if he was a soldier or something. It's hard to explain but I think I got it.

 

Lol, I wanted him to end up a Darkside or something...That would have been coool...XD

Er, anyway, I think he turned into a Shadow 'cause he doesn't have much darkness in his heart....There's no proof of this, but that's just my opinion ^^;;.

kh2 1 realy rocked and well i dont care about the one in kh1 it was just a shadow BOREING!

He never turned into a Heartless in KH2. Anti-form is a DRIVE FORM!!! It happens because he drove too much. It was Heartless-like, but not a true Heartless. Anyways yes, a shadow is too weak to contain Sora, he shoulc have been at least something close to Xenahort's Heartless, but when a shadow is easy to animate, i can see why Square would do that.

 

that makes sense....but still, wen some1 with a powerful heart becomes a heartless, a nobody is created, and depending on how strong the heart, the higher ranking they get, so i dont know why its reversed for heartless....

 

It did suck, he probably just turned into a Shadow since the creators couldn't be bothered to make him into anything else.

 

I didn't like it at all.It was just a shadow for crying out loud!

I was wondering about that too! I didn't understand why he only got turned into a Shadow Heartless, but I think I get it now. I think the more darkness you have in your heart, the stronger, more complex Heartless you have. Since Sora doesn't have a lot of darkness in his heart (I know that he actually does have darkness in his heart, but you know what I mean :D) so his Heartless is small and not very strong.

Yeah, it was a shadow so what? Sora had little darkness in his heart, and the other princesses of hearts also had pure hearts, so there was nothing the darkness could feed off of to produce a higher breed of heartless. It's not like you were gonna be able to fight anything anyways, so if you look at the production time the shadow heartless only moved about and jumped. So it would be the easiest thing to make playable, without spending too much time on thinking what button did what. It also made traveling about faster then other heartless. Also it was meant to give you a feel of having to get out of that form as soon as you could. Being given a cool heartless would have just made you want to stay in it, and ruin the feeling the game programmers were trying to make you experience.

 

man they should,ve gave him a way high level heartless i mean come on a shadow not a soldier or large body or sumthing like xenorts heartless for crying out loud it sucked!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well he have barely any darkness in his heart, so he turned into a shadow.

He was so cute though. ^^

 

The shadows are really cute I agree strongly. Also Xaldin has a brilliant point, it would take away the feeling of basically the whole point of the game! If he turned into a wyvern or something then it would feel too special. Little darkness makes weaker heartless hence the Shadow.

 

True, but the fact that you even got to be a shadow was an amazing plot twist.

Therefore, I vote It Rocked =3
