"Yeah, I was watching you came from above the altar and struck your sword through her after she prayed."

 

"And yet somehow she stopped Meteor." He growled mentally.

 

"Umm..."
"Looks like your pup wants you. I'll be going."

 

"What's wrong?"

 

"Some of your tentacles are making me uncomfortable as a two-legged."

 

"Sorry." He folded his tentacles against his back.

 

"There's no need to apologize. I enjoy it but switching is difficult."

 

She snuggled closer to him as she wrapped her tail around him.

 

She silently cries then gets out of the bed. "Is there any rules I have to follow while I'm with you two?"

 

"Not really."

 

"Ok." She practices walking around.

 

"She gets kind of clingy when she's asleep."

 

"That's... scary." She stays in his room. "Once you get up can I meet other relatives?"

 

"Sure, why not?"

 

"Take your time, I'm in no rush."

 

He opened his eyes and gently slid out of her tail's grip then walked over to Mei.

 

"Hm? Sephiroth?"

 

"What's wrong?"

 

"I'm letting you rest and here you are right now."

 

"I'm fine."
