Sora's Darkness

She barks happily then licks his face for the thanks.

 

He smiled and continued on his way as he cradled her in his arms. "Why do you kids like me so much?" He asked her even though he knew she probably doesn't understand him.

 

Her crimson red eyes sparkles with her ears focused on him as her tail wags. She barks to answer but he couldn't understand her.

 

"Hang on." He put her down, then transformed into a black wolf with a silver stripe of fur running along his back and six white angelic wings sticking out of his back.

 

She backs up at the sight of a wolf with abnormal things then she knows it is her friend then walks back up to him.

 

He shook himself to get used to this form. "Could you repeat that?" He asked in wolf.

 

Too shocked, she didn't answer.
He follows after them in his wolf form. "It is alright, Mei, I got you."

 

"She won't talk to me for some reason."

 

"I don't have to hear her voice to understand her." He said as he nuzzles her. "Just give her time to adjust."
She nuzzles back in gratitude.

 

"Okay." He said as he sat down.

 

"I believe the kids like you because you care about them. Someone to look up to. Don't you agree?"

 

"I suppose so. I'm not used to it for sure."

 

"It is hard to give everyone individual attention." He said as he watches Mei play with a mouse as a hunter. "But once you do, you would be surprised how many would shed tears if something happens to you."

 

"I'm not used to being cared for by anyone but Jenova."

 

"Everyone except Luana are young. They just want attention right now."
She holds her prey down then bites its throat to cut off the air supply until it stops struggling.

 

"She's a natural."

 

"Thank you." She said as she wags her tail happily.
"Now you are comfortable with Sephiroth."

 

He started walking to his room.

 

She picks up her meal then follows after him.

 

He saw Zack and barked at him.
