"No!" He snapped at the demon as he continued seething.

"Twenty-four years. I can shorten it at a cost."

 

"Shove it, Cloud! What's the cost and shorten it to what?"

 

"Two options: she loses her memory and you can't reveal the past when she demands it or she loses her sweet personality everyone likes and you can't tell her you love her. The first is shorten to a week while the latter is an hour."

 

He smirks. "First option."

 

"Fine, I'm working on it. Mind to tell me why you chose that."

 

"Why should I?"

 

"If you trigger her mind then you can't touch her again once you have your third child. Understand?"

 

"And how am I supposed to have a third child if I can't touch her?"

"The simple consequence is losing your blood and the worst is that she would fall for your brother. As for the triggering, anything that reminds her of pain. Such as slapping her to snap out of suicidal thoughts and the death you had."

 

"Is there a certain time limit that I have to not say that or does it go for as long as she lives?"

 

"It goes on with her lifespan. That's long until a vampire hunter kills her or something like that. However, if her mind is triggered and has nothing to do with pain then the curse is lifted. Here's a picture that will help you. You are her husband and she has two sons. Cloud is a servant while Kadaj is a duke that is banished from his land and Jenova is a mistress that is an advisor and comforter. All the creatures in the castle are her friends."

 

"At least she probably won't fall for Cloud again."

 

"That's true. Now, have sweet dreams." She vanishes to her corner as she focuses creating her end of the deal.

 

He curled up with a wicked grin on his face that he will have his lover back soon.

 

He senses the changes the demoness is doing to her mind as he tries to adjust to call Sephiroth his dad and order his real dad around.

 

He closed his eyes and went to sleep. "Be sure to tell Strife about it." He told Malik.
