Sora's Darkness

Donald finally caught up with Larxene and fell over panting
Goofy looked down at Donald

 

Sora turns to see two animals exhausted. "Do I know you guys?" He turns to face Larxene. "Yeah, I think you did."

 

Donald immediately sat up at looked at Sora with a sad look"Sora...we're your friends,dont you remember what we've been through...like dealing with Hades at the Coliseum,we're heroes!''Donald said proudly
Goofy laughed and kneeled down to Donald"Junior heroes Don--''
Donald covered Goofy's mouth with his hand

 

Larxene scratched her head in confusion "O....ok then...sorry I guess for what ever I said wrong"

 

He shook his head. "Sorry, I don't know of a place called Coliseum in my entire life." Sora turns to face Larxene. "It is ok, just...don't mention about it again."

 

Donald let go of Goofy's mouth and stood up with a mean face"I guess we werent worth remembering..''he said angrily tapping his foot
Goofy looked at Donald and back at Sora repeatedly with a worried look

 

Larxene sighed "Very well then"

 

"I didn't mean to offend you, but I'm just having a rough time with the darkness." Sora replies. "I will tell you two it has been reacting to my emotions or to someone I care about."

 

"Phooey!''Donald said and walked off scowling
"Sora..''Goofy mumbled looking at sora with a sad look,then turned away and followed Donald

 

Larxene looked at Sora "No no its fine...I think i understand what hit the sore spot"

 

He smiles at her. "Thank you Larxene." Then he remembers something. "Who was that guy with pink hair? He seems to care about you."

Larxene looked at Sora "O him....thats Marluxia, Number 11 in the Organization"

 

"He seems kinda powerful, that's why I didn't challenge him." He explains. "How does he know about me?" Sora asks her.

 

"Marluxia is very powerful but nothing I cant handle" laughed larxene "He knows about you because well....theres quite a bit of history, which you seem to have forgotten"

 

"Ok, if it takes all day I will listen." He sat down on the floor. "I'm still Namine's friend."

 

"So you want to know...everything...like how me and Marluxia first 'met' and er..." asked Larxene

 

He laughs happily, which he hasn't done for a long time; it seems like ages. "You don't have to go that far." He said as he holds his stomach. "Just the part about the long history which I have forgotten."

 

Larxene looked away "This is going to be akward but here goes" she looked back at Sora "Right well....many years ago you arrived at this castle where you met a few other organization members, the more you progressed through the castle the more your memories were distorted and falsified, this was done by...by....it doesnt matter, in the end you defeated everyone and you were put to sleep to restore your memories" Larxene took a deep breath, she tried to say as little as she could as quickly as she could

 

"Relax Larxene. Your anxiety tells me you are hiding a lot of things. Right, so I started to lose memories, maybe even altered, and put to sleep to regain them." He nods to show her he understands.

 

"Yeah well for the time being its best if some things stay hidden, itll be to confusing for you" Larxene sighed "The more I carry on...the more likely the darkness will emerge again"
