Sora's Darkness

Zexion walks around castle oblivion.

 

He nods his head firmly. "This is what I want Namine. I know there's no turning back once it happens."

 

"Then...I'll do it..." Namine said, sighing. "I will..." She glanced over at Marluxia, almost hoping that he would give a sign of whether this would be the right thing or not, but seeing none...she just looked down, resigned.

 

He notices Namine silently asking for help then looks down. Sora bends over and peers into her beautiful face. "What's wrong now?" He cups her chin and lifts to meet his gaze. "I know deep down inside of you, you want to do this for everyone's sake. What's holding you back?"

 

Looking into Sora's eyes, Namine could see that he still looked so much like his normal self...but deep inside, there was something different...not that usual shimmer of light, that spark of happiness...instead...there was something dark, almost brooding, about them.
"I...I still can't understand exactly...why you would want this...and...and...what if it hurts someone?"
She didn't want to say who exactly, and she hoped he didn't know that by 'someone'...she meant Kairi...

 

"It won't hurt anyone that I know." He made a phony smile to her. "Rewrite my past to make a different future is what I desired out of this. You could even put I'm your boyfriend since everyone knows we don't look alike as brothers and sisters."

 

Namine sighed, before turning away, heading for the room she was last in...the place she had last left her drawing book.
"Whatever you want me to draw...I will do..." she said, quietly.

 

He nods and smirks across his lips when her back was turned. "Let's see who Lady of Fate smiles down upon." He murmurs.

 

In the saftey of the room, Namine glanced over at the bed, the place where Marluxia had been with her, embracing her, stroking her hair as she cried into his shoulder, almost losing hope. He had told her he knew of a way to turn Sora back to normal...but now...if this way would work, Marluxia may not been at risk at all...
Spotting the drawing book upon the floor, she instantly remembered why she was here, and she trotted over to it, picking it up. Sitting upon her knees, she flipped open a page and then picked up a red crayon that was on the floor nearby.
Tilting her head down to look at the page, she hovered her crayon over it, but did not begin to draw just yet.
For some reasons, thoughts of Marluxia still swirled about her head, almost hindering her from what she was supposed to do...
She could remember him smiling at her...telling her that this was one of the few times he had genuinely done so...and then he had told Sora....that he cared for her...
She sighed, closing her eyes momentarily. What was it about the Graceful Assassin stopping her from drawing? Why couldn't she stop thinking about him?

 

Zexion wondered off to the basement.

 

Sora waits for Namine to change his memories, and he knew it took her a short while to step into his heart for the first time. But it is taking some time, if she doesn't hurry up...bad things could happen. "Namine..." He sent a telepathy to her as though his anger started to rise again.

 

Sora's voice penetrated through Namine's mind, breaking her out of her reverie and back into reality. Hearing the suppressed anger in his tone of voice, fear rose up in her again.
"Marluxia..." she said, her voice barely audible, it was almost a whimper...but Marluxia? Why would she want him here with her...? What about...about...
Shaking her head, she knew she had no time to waste...nor any time to be feeling frightened...but Sora...she knew he could be capable of much more, especially since he was being consumed by darkness...
Taking a deep breath, she began to draw, changing his memory of the promise, when he was young, everything...all to herself...when he had made the promise to her during the meteor shower, the time he vowed to protect her, to always be there for her...as for the time with Kairi, when she chose Riku over him...she just scribbled it out, changing it to him, being happy with...with who? Her? But...
Biting her lower lip, she reluctantly drew herself with him. instead...
I'm sorry, Kairi...

 

sorry i've been gone for so long - i had work then last night i was so tired i dropped like a fly, so what's been going on ??

 

OOC: Well, Sora has persuaded Namine to change his memories to be like the one at Castle Oblivion, and she changed a couple of others, if you read my previous post, and Marluxia and Ansem were fighting I think, and Ansem did some other things I assume, and I have no idea where Kairi and everyone else is. xD

 

OCC: yeaH, what NoD said.

 

He could feel changing in his memory and heart. He barely know the name of 'Kairi' anymore and Riku is--as he sees it--his best friend. He made a promise when he was young to a girl named Namine. He remembers raising his wooden sword to the sky. At the end of his promise, she gave him a good luck charm as a reminder.
He beams happily, just like a young child getting a new toy, and runs upstairs to see her. "Where have you been Namine? I miss you." He smiles happily and wraps his arms around her.

 

Zexion ported to where Sora and Namine was. He walks up to thm, noticing something different "dare I ask why?" he says to Namine.

 

Namine was startled, to feel arms wrapped around her, and she dropped her crayons.
Turning to look at Sora, she said, "Sora..."

 

He lets go and places his hands on her shoulders. "It is alright, I'm here for you now."

 

alrighty then - last thing that was going on was that xigbar and zexy were having a tug of war - literally using kairi - lawl i wanna do that again
