Sora's Darkness

She nods her head eagerly as she wraps her arms around his neck.

 

He picked her up and flew down to the fountain.

 

"Wow, is your father part bird too?"

 

He chuckled as he scratched her head after putting Luana down. "Of course not."

 

She growls instinctively.
"Some things never change." She cupped her meal into her hands then drinks it down her throat.

 

"Relax." He popped up in front of his mother. "Hey mom, can I ask you a question?"

 

"Ok," she said as she uses her arms as a pillow, "fire away, son."
"I don't like her one bit."

 

"What happened to your parents? Dad already told me about his."

 

"No one told me about my mother but my birth father is considered as your father's enemy. No one told me that much about his past. Instead of me hating him, I love him since I was a baby. My birth father died when Malik was younger than you."

 

He stroked her hair, inadvertently getting blood in it from petting Mei and kissed her cheek. He covered his eyes. "Ew! Gross kissy moment!"

 

"Watch this." She stands in between of them then shakes the blood off her fur.
Luana shields with her arms.
Mei walks away from the Crescent family.

 

He laughs as he wiped some blood droplets off his face.

 

"She must have sensed it." She said as she wipes blood off her clothes.
She tugs on Kadaj's pants.

 

"What is it?" He reached into the fountain and dragged up what looked like a solid mass of blood that was dripping. "I think he needs a bath." He said as Orochi waved a blood-soaked tentacle at them.

 

She curls herself up right at his feet.
"But I'm not finished!" She slurps the blood hungrily.

 

He cradled her in his arms. "Okay, drink as much as you like."

 

"It is going to take a while, dear. Use the time to wash your son up."
She wags her tail in satisfactory.

 

He rubbed her belly. He started walking to the bathroom.

 

She pants while her tail wags so hard that it feels like it is whipping.

 

He winced. "Easy with the tail." He put his son on the floor next to him and started filling the tub with water.
