She wraps her arms around the phoenix's neck.

 

It wrapped its shining wings around her.

 

"Birdie ka."
She rolls onto her side then holds Seph close to her after he slides off.

 

He snuggled close to her, buring his face in her neck.

 

"I'm counting on you." She mumbles in her sleep as she wraps her arms around his waist.

 

He wrapped his arms around the chick Stripe when he appeared next to them.

 

Her face scrunches up in pain.

 

He snuggled closer to her while holding Stripe.

 

"Father!" She cries in Jenovian.

 

They all jolted awake. He growled sourly from having his sleep interrupted.

 

She pulls Seph close. "You came!"

 

He blinked in confusion. "You just noticed me?" He put his sister and the bird on the ground gently to let them play, then walked over to Mei and wrapped his arms around her. Thin, black strings came out of his fingertips, then darted towards Cloud and firmly burrowed themselves into his skin.

 

Still in her dream state, she reaches her arms to the air as she smiles lovingly that is made for a father that she haven't seen in a while. Instead of a normal father-daughter relationship, it is even deeper connection of her special someone.
Sephana strokes its neck delicately while its wings are still wrapped around her.
Mei transforms to her human form and wraps an arm around him while the other places her hand on her stomach that starts to show.
He mentally cries out in pain. "What is this?"

 

He put his ear to her stomach. "Say something." "Just trying a new method of control, my marionette." He twitched his index finger and Cloud's arm twitched slightly.

 

"What are you doing?"

 

He smiled. "They like the sound of our voice."

 

"Who is 'they' and how do you know whoever likes it?"

 

"Our pups of course and I hear quiet happy puppy sounds when we talk if I have my ear to your stomach."

 

"Ok then. What do you want to talk about?"

 

He shrugged. "I don't know." He accidentally pulled the strings too far and Cloud ended up flat on his face on the floor. "Oops, my bad, sorry." He said in a tone that wasn't sorry at all. He teleported to Sephana and cradled her and the bird in his arms.
