"No trickery, just give us time to explain. We're your future selves. You see, little Luana, Cloud eventually cheats on you for someone else. As revenge, you decide to cheat on him with me. I refused at first, but gave in when you kept on going in tubs of mako."

 

"You mean Cloud doesn't love me?"

"He does, but as a brother. You didn't feel well and kept going to mako tubes."

 

He turned to his past self. "The key to your happiness is her, so make sure to take good care of her and don't be scared if she asks you to do...odd things."

 

"Make sure you don't leave Sephiroth alone when he's miserable." "I got you into it because of Cloud."

 

"Shall we stay for a while to see if everything goes alright?" He asked her as he kissed her cheek.

 

"Yes, we should, dear."

"Yuck!" She turns to her father. "Can we leave, papa? I'm getting creeped out."

 

He dispelled the barrier.

He wrapped his arms around her before leading her out of the room.

 

She nuzzles her husband.

"Of course, sweetie."

 

"What did the other you mean I'm your 'key to happiness'?"

 

"You know how important Mother is to me?"

 

"Yes, how does that have to do with me?"

 

"I believe he meant that you'll mean as much to me as Mother does."

She nuzzles his face. "I love you."
