She wraps her arms around him then rests her head on his back.
She nods.

 

He picked her up. "Where do you want to go now?"

 

She points to the entrance door which is neither of his suggestions.

 

He opened the entrance door. "We live in the middle of a forest. See?"

 

She nods in understanding.
She stands in front of Sephiroth. "You didn't answer one of my questions, honey."

 

"And what would that be?"

 

"Our son's marriage."

 

"Do I really have to get married? It's been over two hundred years and you two haven't tied the knot yet."

 

"Ours is more complex than yours. It seems your relationship is going more smoothly and you are going to be a father. When we are ready, we will tie it."
She holds her father's trenchcoat tightly.

 

He stroked her head with a tentacle. "If the darkness doesn't completely consume me first, that is."

 

"She has more darkness than you do. Are you going to marry her after we do?" "Well?"

 

"No, I can tell the darkness wants me, it's been slowly eating away at me over the years."

 

She mentally sighs. "That's going to make her sad. I had a long conversation with her so I know. She would sacrifice her sanity for yours just to get rid of the excess darkness."

 

"It's too late to reverse the damage by just taking the darkness out."

 

"Her faith in you to return back to her decides whether you want to marry her or not."

 

"I'll probably disintegrate or leave before our pups are born anyway."

 

Listening the whole conversation, she takes half of his darkness. "Taking some."
"Four of us will mourn if you do."

 

"It won't help. Darkness is practically my blood now." He said as his body turned limp from the lack of darkness.

 

"Ah! Sorry!" She places darkness back inside with benevolent features that cooperates instead of devouring him.
"Since your time is limited, we should get this over with."

 

"Wait, doesn't Sephana have light in her?"
