"Sephy, why won't mama and papa come home?"
She whimpers.

 

He rushed to Sephana's room. "I'll tell you when you're older if they still haven't come back."

 

She pulls sheets over her shoulder.
"Is it very bad?"
She starts to scream.

 

He transferred his mind into hers after he got there. "Yes."

 

"Is it my fault they are not home?"
She hugs her father tightly.

 

He got up on his hind legs and wrapped his front legs around her. He remained silent.

 

"He's mad that you're here."
She goes to a corner and cries.

 

"I don't care. I help my children if they're in danger."

 

He picks her up and cradles her.
"I don't want to be left alone."

 

"Then I'll stay with you."

 

She lies down on the floor.
"How long do you think this is going to take?"

 

He curled up next to her. "How should I know?"

 

"How about cheer her?"
"I never heard of his voicoe before papa."

 

"You should know by now that I'm not good at cheering people up."

 

"Try anyways."
"Come papa. He's demanding for you."

 

He stood in front of her protectively. He wrapped his tentacles around her.

 

She hugs Seph.
"I'm waiting for you at the back, Sephiroth."

 

He pulled Sephana onto his back before heading to the back of her mind.

 

"Thank you Seph."

 

"No problem."
