"Stop following me!" She yells.
She sits down with her paws in the air.

 

He tilted his head. "Why not?"

 

She wakes up then cries.
"You are a stranger in my book!"

 

He stroked his daughter's head. "You aren't to me. I've raised you since you were as young as the little one here."

 

She continues to cry.
"Well, I don't want to be stuck with you for the rest of my life."

 

"Too late for that. Without you, I'm just a shivering, whimpering mess or a genocidal maniac. You are the only one I have left."

 

She cries louder.
She sighs then turns to face him. "Do you have a better proof?"

 

"Proof of what?" He asked as he offered Sephana a bottle of milk he had summoned to his hand.

 

She drinks the milk happily while not letting go of her friend.
"That I am your wife. This bite could be anyone's."

 

"The necklace around your neck. Jewels that shade of green are my trademark, like my eyes."

 

She looks down to look at a yin-yang necklace. "Fine, I'll follow you."

 

He started walking to where he made an exit. "Besides, I'm sure that if the little one here could talk, she'd vouch for me, wouldn't you?" He asked as he looked at Sephana.

 

She tilts her head.
"You are talking just plain nonsense. A baby can't even say a word this young!"

 

"Maybe not say, but they can think, can't they?"

 

"I guess..."

 

"Then they can communicate with us."

 

She taps his hand that's closest to her.
"You are being irrational. That's doesn't make sense."

 

"I could use telepathy when I was her age." "Yes, what is it?"

 

She pats her head then shakes it.
"Then what does that mean?"

 

"I think she means she can't use telepathy. Is that right?"
