Kingdom Hearts II Sora's change

I noticed in Chain of Memories when Axel killed Vexen Sora looked scared.
But later he kills the rest of the Org. with completely no regret. Why?

 

I think it was partially because of the brutal way that Axel killed Vexen, and partially because he thought that Axel and Vexen were on the same side and therefore 'friends', so it scared him to think that Axel could kill his companion so easily.

 

True, but I always thought it was because Sora was aware that Vexen had something to do with Riku Replica.
He believed Repliku was actually Riku, and upon seeing Vexen dying, he was scared he'll never learn what happened to his best friend.
Furthermore, Vexen also started revealing Marluxia's plans. Had Axel not interfered, Sora wou'lve learned a lot, and he knew it. Hence his shock/fear.

 

And you also have to remember that during CoM, Sora didn't know they were Nobodies.
He thought they were just people, powerful people but people nontheless.

But it involves KH2, also.

So it follows the most recent game rule.

If a thread involves more than one game, put it into the most recent game forum.
Kind of like how something that involves two or all three of the new KH Games (BBS, Days, Coded) goes in BBS section because it's the latest to come out and biggest.

True, but he did kill Larxene and Marluxia in CoM....

 

I think because he didnt know that the organization was a threat in chain of memories but in kh2 he was told that the organization was the enemy and plus he was scarred to think that Axel could kill his companion soo easily
