I think it's really good! Better than I could do to say the truth...though...the hands are a bit small but it's not a big deal...Keep up the good work! ;)

the head was the right size until i added the hair >:-(

 

Hmm... His fingers look a little bit like claws, but other than that, is really nice! Good job!!

 

Well here is some crit :
The hair seems a little odd, try making it more floating.
Also the key is a little big. The whole over body looks a little scewed (tilted).
The hands should be bigger & the shoes.
You should try making his pants a little more puffy (more voloume).
I love the details on the shoes, the details all over are pretty good.
There are some proportion issues here( like the arm that's not holding a key).
The grayscale colouring is pretty good to.
A good advice is to just keep on drawing and then you get the hang on it eventually =D

 

Well I would have to say some of the proportions are off a bit, mostly with the clothes. I would say take another look at a drawing of Sora and just get them to pop out a bit more. His shoulders look oversized in comparison to the body. And really just work on shading for depth is all. Other than that it has really good detail.
