    Hey, that ain't bad at all! A few measurement issues tho, though you'll get to that stage eventually. Since only the eyes and necklace seem to be shaded, the remaining parts does become too light - too sharp light I mean.

    An advice - keep practicing like you are doing now, by drawing from pictures like that KH2 backcover. When you feel comfortable enough to advance, look at what other artists do when they draw, with or without a reference. Learn their techniques to develope your own, a common rule is that you can never learn too much. :3

    Another advice for this particullar picture would be to not be affraid to make the darkest parts darker. You seem to be capable of using the pencil lightly (which is a good thing, believe me), just don't forget the darkness - dark and light lines will add more shape to Sora. Best thing to achieve this is to use more than one pencil, a hard pencil like HB and 2B, and a softer pencil like 4B and 6B. Experimenting will get you far.
