Sopa is dead!

When is anything ever done constitutionally? Apart from when a rapist murderer's spiteful and unsympathetic freedom of speech to people isn't being met, of course.

 

It amazes me how little people care about things unless they get into the public spot light.

That consideration has always annoyed me. That constitution was signed by people who were not elected at the time and has not been signed by elected officials since. It did not claim the authority to rule those who did not sign the contract. It did not even claim authority over the children of those who signed it, let alone their neighbors. It does not purport to be a contract between persons now existing...
