Sony Sony had to "re-do" work on The Last Guardian, still a PS3 game

The more news I hear about this title, the more worries I get. Hopefully it will live up to the insanely high standards of Ueda though. But yeeeah, I'm not so sure.

 

I'm just happy the game hasn't been shelved and that they're trying to make a game they envision and not a game that wasn't what they wanted.

 

I don't know. Maybe it will be alright, maybe it won't, I mean there are plenty of games that have been shelved and surpised after a long time period.

And then there are Duke Nukem Forever games...

 

I guess it will still be released... Eventually.

I'm just glad that it's still being worked on and that they didn't abandon development on it.

 

i wouldnt breathe a sigh of relief yet. from the info posted above it seems to me like it's in 'development hell'. plus the fact that ueda left the project as a full-time employee...things just still dont look good. ive had many games ive looked forward to just fall apart :'( this one looked especially good.

But nah, it's at least satisfying to hear that it's not been completely scrapped, and that we will get it ONE day, just not today.
