Too bright, dry, flat, and one dimensional. The text needs to be brought closer to the render. Lacks a focal. The color choice needs work. You should work with compliments, rather than smashing a bright yellow-orange combination for a light source. Just looks like you added a filter or two. Lacks creativity. Interesting experimenting. Just make sure you don't grow to rely on that, solely.
I like it, but like what Beauxxx said, the colors sorta crash. But I like the yellow how it matches with the Color of Sonic himself. Nice job. (: The font needs something more also. Maybe something more boyish? Like 'Mindless Self Indulgence' from dafont.
the colours are a bit too glaring and bright, you need to tone them down a bit. and the stock looks too transparent as well. I suggest you dont put so many brushes over the top of the stock next time.
