FINALLY Somebody other than me likes Sonic better than Mario...

So far the best 3D game after SA2 is either Shadow or Secret Rings, I can't really decide. The 2D games will always be awesome.

Sonic is much better than Mario. Would you have a super fast hedgehog or a plumber doing drugs?

 

I'd rather play as the man who saved video gaming that a franchise with the worst fanbase ever

i liked the GBA sonic games.

mainly because they were simplistic, and the chao's in 2D.

i never had SA2B but i played it, and i loved the chaos.

the GBA chao's always did it for me.

and i want chao's back.

as well as the fast paced...free from worries gameplay other games bring.

Before this thread gets closed I'll say this:

I've always admired Sonic ever since I was just a kid. He was my hero growing up.
I don't know why so many people can't see that Sonic is better than Mario...I remember this idiot on another forum said that Mario would beat Sonic if they fought cause Mario would just blast Sonic with a fireball and beat him...Can you believe that? Sonic would just dodge all of Mario's attacks using his speed and then he would run circles around Mario and defeat him. XD That's what would happen if those 2 were to really fight.

And besides, Sonic has a Super Form and Mario doesn't. None of Mario's forms would be a match for Super Sonic. Since Super Sonic is Invincible all of Mario's attacks would be completely useless no matter what form he was in.

 

Faster is not always better dood. That's pretty much what got Sonic into such hot water as it is

And besides, Sonic is required to have all 7 Chaos Emeralds, so it's pretty unlikely he'd bring it up

In addition, Mario has advantages that Sonic does not. First of Sonic can't swim, but Mario is incredible good at it. In addition, Mario's various forms gives a greater for of variable expertise as he can easily adapt to situations put forth. Practically, Mario is a shapeshifter because of this Mario has been a whole lot of diverse worlds compared to Sonic. While Sonic may have supersonic speed, Mario has no glaring strengths and weaknesses, making him the epitome of absolute balance

 

Both of them are the same...there are billions of ways sonic can beat mario and vice versa. Saying Mario can put on suits is as cheap as saying shadow can have guns. And a motorcycle.

 

Marios a fat plumber that got lost in a mansion and his brother had to save him wiht a vaccum. Completely normal.

Sonic needs improvement. Nuff said.

its saying sega has noticed they have been slacking off with entertaining us since the dreamcast died, they've recongized the problem and hope to fix it with there future games (hopefully)

 

Not all Sonic games sucked. But Sega's worst Sonic game was probably ''Sonic Heroes''.

 

I kind of like the games, but then again they do need to make the games better. :D I think they should make a game based on the Sonic X TV series.... not make it cheesy though. lol
