Sonic And The Black Knight

I now own Sonic And the B K.It came out earlier than expected.Last Tuesday I believe.I got it today on March 7th,or whatever day it is where you guys are,and I love it.The gameplay is very fast and easy to manuver.The voiceovers are pretty well done.Good job Jason Griffith(who plays Sonic just to let you know)

Knuckles

Tails

Amy


We meet them very early in the game of course.


And the character themes are some of the ones from Sonic Adventure 1-2.Like Shadow's theme.Or Tails' theme from SA1.You'll hear those.But they are remixes for a few.


Now,gameplay again.Sonic moves slow at first.But gains speed over time.There are abilities that increase your acceleration so you can move quicker.But moving the Wii remote around to control the sword can get very tiring.Not like LOS Twilight Princess where it was simple to move Link's sword.I'ts like you move it to the side.More of a jiggle to be exact.It's very sensitive to it's not too bad.


The game is 4 player,and it uses the Wii Remote and Nunchuk only.

But...I found this interesting.You can change Sonic's name.Like your record name.I used Sonic to be simple.But you can use Sir Sonic from what I see in the manual.

So far it gets an 8.5/10.It has it's flaws you know.

But...

OKay..the ending.Is awful.

And he gets this gold armor.He end up all gold..No he's not Super Sonic!!!He is just all gold.More between gold and bronze.

In the end.Blaze,Knuckles,and Shadow bow to Sonic.Caliburn(Sonic's normal sword chooses him as king)

OMFG!!!

Sonic..is the real King Arthur!!!!!!!!

And he doesn't even go home.It just ends with Caliburn naming Sonic as king.
He does not get sent back to his home at all.

i just got it today and i thought it would be like sonic and the secret rings and i was wrong it was so much better and got a question when i was some videos of sonic aiming for enemies he hit them all and not hurt that little midget thing how you do that?

 

Oh you mean the townspeople right?The weird looking green things?

 

yeah everytime i hit the enemies and also attack those green things they make a sound and i don't get it.

 

You aren't supposed to attack them.It lowers your overall score at the end.Try not to hit them.They run away after they make a sound.

It's Black Knight dude..And no problem.

 

"facepalm" its quite hard to get 5 stars although the game is too easy. this is not batman the dark knight DX okay black knight:)

 

I have to know if Metal Sonic and Shadow are anywhere in the game.

 

Shadow is in the game.Didn't you see the part where it said..some of the characters?No metal Sonic though...they would he be in this anyway?

I was just wondering when Metal Sonic was going to make his grand return to the Sonic games.

 

It's only on the Wii dude.It's like Secret Rings.But alot better.He's quite fast in this one.As fast as normal speed in Sonic Unleashed.

 

Did you make it to the part with super sonic yet? (if you're that far)

 

Dude...super sonic is always at the end of every recent game.I don't even truely know if supersonic is in Black Knight.I mean.he already has a weapon..But seeing supersonic doing sword combos would be awsome.aking on King Arthur.

Lol yes because I'll totally take this review seriously when it's been declared the worst Sonic game evar by too many places because it takes everything great about Sonic leaves it at a desert island... and because it's a Sonic game.

just beat the game a few days ago (thank god) the game is short and fun although some mission like lancelot returns and only use 10 strikes made me scream *&*$ and $@#@!!! and after that i gave up and after that game my arm was so sore and the last boss music is pretty good but doesn't sound like a final boss.

 

Well they already used Knight Of The Wind for the first set of credits.But do they really have to have credits twice?And Live Life was a damn epic song.

Most epic Crush 40 song ever!!!So far!

Changed my mind about the ending.It was good.I noticed Sonic gets home a the end of the final set of credits.

 

indeed an epic song although playing as the other knights of the round table well blazes is kind of slow but the attacks were useful. knuckles is just glide over the enemies and his sword is pretty good(is it even a sword !?) while shadows is so great using it cause if you use his soul surge he teleports and attacks the enemies (mostly like sonic but more flashy i guess) but the only trouble is the fights with the knights cause when it indicates to shake the wii remote but its too fast and i lose 20 rings and when that happens i scream at the screen. :yelling:
