in my opinion is one of the best Sonic games ever. And for sure was the last good sonic game. I love this game. And I beat it in 3 hours and 15 mins.
I never played the original Sonic Adventure 2, but I do own the re-release for the Gamecube. I love the game, very, very fun. The only thing that keeps me playing it now though, and I think many people will agree, are the Chao. xD They made the game even more fun than it was. Multi-player is pretty awesome too.
Oh yeah, that game is totally awesome! I played it over and over and over, getting all 'a's and every single emblem, and even the chao mini games! It's so fun! The story and gameplay are both wonderful, especially with the mystery of Shadow and his enigmatic past! And 2-player is so enjoyable and I almost never get bored of it! Plus, being able to play as Tikal in Treasure Hunting is awesome. :D Too bad she never shows up again after Sonic Adventure/DX thought...aside from her mini-appearance in the Pinball game...
I have to agree. Sonic Adventure 2 is one of the best Sonic games there is. Frankly, I've been quite dissapointed by the most recent titles. I just dont seem to enjoy that much.
I agree with that...these days, the games have less story and worse gameplay...for instance, Sonic Riders's story was pretty lame, and the humor was a bit too...cheesy. Although Jet, Storm, and Wave were cool, everything else didn't really make up for the negative aspects. However, I loved Sonic Next Gen - aside from a few bad parts, I really liked it...the only thing I really despised were the change of voice actors, starting from Shadow the Hedgehog...Sonic Adventure 2 had all the great voice-overs...!! lol Sorry for my little ramble there. :sweatdrop:
Yes, I don´t remember it well because my Dreamcast got damaged, but I loved it, I remember myself playing it again and again, sadly, my game was damaged and because that I couldn´t fight with the secret boss, but I loved that game, thought I could never play the 2-Game mode, because nobody wants to see me in the real life, okay, let´s not mix my personal problems with this, anyways, overall I give this game a 10/10, is my favorite game, along with Shadow the Hedgehog and Sonic Adventure 1 *Sigh* I wish I still had this game.
lol my SZ2 game has bad scratches >_< It was one of the only games I bought new too. Kinda odd. But yeah I'm off to play it now :D It's been so long D:
It was alright. Certainly interesting to see Sonic done differently, but I've always felt that the original Genesis titles do the most justice for him.
Damn I love this game, one of my faves of all time. ever. The graphics were phenomenal for the time and the story was amazing, this was truly the last good Sonic game in my opinion, but I won't get into that here. xD
