We all have one or a few. Songs that really just make your emotions its bitch. Something like that.

Anyway, for me, it's My Girls by Animal Collective. I got into this band recently and I love them, but their song My Girls... When I listen to it, I feel so happy. Like, any emotion pertaining to depression just vanishes.

    and Breathe by Michelle Branch.
I Don't Love You by My Chemical Romance brings back some sad memories. Along with Si La Quires by Selena

An Attempt to Tip the Scales by Bright Eyes
This song hit me because the lyrics seem to define my outlook on life -- things are the way they are, and sometimes, there's nothing you can do to change them. You shouldn't go through life hating everything and waiting for the days that you think will be better because if you do that, you're going to be so close to death when you finally start living. When the electronic part comes in I just feel so happy.

Road Signs Always Look Better Looking Over Your Shoulder by Defiance, Ohio
I love this song because it captures those moments in your life when you just want to hit the road with someone you love -- you just want to get in a car and go, regardless of whether or not you know where you're going to end up.

The begining of "Art of Life" by X Japan tends to screw with my emotions. Not because of the lyrics, as I can even tell if they are sung in English or Japanese, but rather because of the song's feel. Of course, after the intro, it then goes into metal mode, even through the 12 minute long piano solo.

Songs that really hit my heart (in a good way) are: Brothers, Nothing I Won't Give, and Je N'ai Pas De Mots. They're all by Vic Mignogna.

The Unwinding Cable Car by Anberlin always calms me down whenever I'm sad or mad about something. I don't know what it is, but the lyrics, vocals, and pretty much everything about it just affects me.

Runaway by Avril Lavigne. Now that is definitely one that affects me. It's pretty much describing a bad day that you're going through, and yet you just want to runaway and scream at the top of your lungs in happiness and laugh until you can't breath. I guess it just describes me in a way. =)

Pieces by RED always makes me extremely sad, and I cry most often when I hear that song.

Never Alone by BarlowGirl is another good one; it's sad in a way, but it's also hopeful.

Hope Now by Addison Road is another one that I've recently fallen in love with. It is very soothing and relaxing at any time I listen to it.

There are a ton more, but I don't want to list them all. xD
