    Quite a while back I was really quite tough, I didn't get hurt that easily but recently I have become very sensitive.

    I used to love spiders and not mind them that much but now I find them freaky and hate being in the same room as one. I never minded the dark but now I always have to be able to see some light. Friends have prank called me before and I never made a big deal of it but the other day I was really upset I cried and I was so hurt over just being fooled. I went shopping with my Mum the other day and I needed a toothbrush- I chose one but my Mum said I couldn't have it and I got a lump in my throat and didn't talk that much at all.

    I was thinking it could be something to do with my Sister who has gone to Greece for the summer and I am feeling lonely because I am very close to her.

    Please tell me what you think it could be, it may not sound anything serious but it's really upsetting me. This makes me sound a bit like a wimp but I need help!

    It could be a number of things that are happening here.

    1). It could be the fact that your sister is gone to Greece. You might be feeling this way due to a sudden feeling that you're an only child. xD I went through this when my sister got married and moved out. I felt like I had to fill a gap.

    2). Depending on how old you are, it could just be you're becoming more sensitive to the world around you. Hormone levels are not something I'm an expert on.

    3). You could have had a bad experience toward spiders/the dark and you have anxiety toward that object.

    sounds like

    1. puberty kicking in
    2. a dramatic change in your life might be causing this (my guess is the sister)
    3. you're just growing up
    4. you're going throught a phase which you WILL get out of
    5. you simply changed, ppl change

    it doesn't seem like anything serious

    But there are different stages of puberty, and on average, usually lasts until you're 18. n_n; You're only 12.

    To be honest, it sounds like a spoke in your menstrual cycle~

    This frightens me a bit

    Given the info, I'd conclude what everyone else has already told you. If you don't know what PMS is, wiki it or something. Good luck^^;

    Not everyone will expirience them all at once, or even ever. Some people just get effected by certain aspects of it so thats perfectly normal. Sucks doesn't it? ;_;

    xD PMS isn't anything to be scared of. Although the mood swings do kind of creep people out.

    Put it this way: One minute you're happy as a clam and the next minute you're a total b!tch.

    But it usually goes away by the time you actually start menstruating.

    xD Sure your mom will know about this.

    Back on topic:

    Don't worry too much about PMS. Every girl goes through it, so at least you're not alone. xD

    P.S. Mood Swings ARE scary.
