If you 'talk' to Cid before heading to the Bailey during Sora's first visit to Hollow Bastion in Kh2, he tells you that the towns defense mechanism is called 'Claymore'. Yuffie confirms this later. Claymore is also what they call Saïx's weapon. Is it just a mere coincidence, or could it mean that Saïx is also from Hollow Bastion?

    Wow, compliments:D
    I didn't care it.
On Internet, I saw that "Claymore" is a Scotish sword (??) so I think Hollow Bastion is in Scotland or Saix is Scotish...

I just can't image a Scottish Saix... But it could be true... Or then that Hollow Bastion is in Scotland... Or not...

Well I really dunno about that.
    Saix seems too "wild"....

I tried to find what it means, but I only found the finnish translation for it, and I have no idea what it meant... But a Scottish Saïx... Possible, but in a more Obi-Wanny way, rather than in a Shrekky way (as if he masks the accent to make it sound more British)

Bit off topic... Hollow Bastion is quite a multi-cultural place, I mean there's:
Leon, Aerith, Yuffie, Xehanort and I guess Dilan with an American accent,
Ansem the Wise (and Saïx if he actually is a Hollow Bastioneer) with a British one,
Cid with his Southern states accent,
Braig with that strange annoying surfer dude accent...
As for the rest of Ansem's apprentices, we don't know, they haven't got English VA's...
And I won't count Cloud, Tifa and Sephiroth as Hollow Bastioneers (that probably isn't the right term for someone from HB, but I have no idea what it actually would be) since Sora says after the Cloud vs Sephiroth: ''Maybe they went back to their own world''...

Yeah, but I note now another thing:

Look at their scars. They have the same scars, same long etc. But I think it hasn't sense, because Leon is alive, so he can't have a Nobody at now....

Yeah. And I think Saix has another scar then Leon (they forms a X) because Saix HASN'T something (a heart or a real body) because the X means without....

the town defence mechanism is called claymore after the bomb and Saix's weapon is named after the Scottish great sword.

kingdom hearts made a mistake...kind of...I always get annoyed at this...

First off, a "real claymore" (the weapon I mean) is a Two handed Sword.

And that defense in hollow bastion is also called a claymore...but I think its different...somehow

Hehee, doesn't really look like Saïx's sword!

Do you mean the bomb during the Heartless invasion on Sora's fourth and fifth visit? The defense mechanism is called Claymore well before that, like I said in the original post...
