Someone tell me what the heck I'm doing

Why in the world am I just grinding in Bravely Default and putting up my job levels? Why am I not just going to the simple story-related areas and beating the bosses?

 

I do that too because I like it. also to beat bosses and enemies sometimes​

 

That, or i just want to get all the jobs levels finished so during the new game plus I don't have to do it again

You're telling me. I guess the temptation was too strong after seeing how quickly they level up with the growth egg and 600-840 jp every fight.
