    Okay... here's my delimma,

There's this guy, who in my opinion is the biggest jerk in school. He is constantly calling me names, punching me, and just being a royal @sshole... i've tried asking him to stop. He just laughs and continues. I've tried beating the sh!t outta him. I just get in trouble and he doesn't stop. I tried going to a teacher, they yell at him, he still doesn't stop.

Anyone have an idea of what I can do? I seriously need help. i'm afraid i may snap one day and do something i'll regret.

Ugh, I feel your pain. There used to be a few @sshats like that at my school. If they're that bad and don't listen to authority, then there's really little you can do. Even if ignoring him may not make him stop, reacting to what he does will definitely make it more enjoyable for him and will make him bother you more. Try to avoid him as much as possible. Get a friend or two to walk with you in the hallways - if he's in some of your classes, then again, just try to stay in a group. They usually bother you less if they can't single you out. Just try to grin and bear it until he does something so bad you can get him expelled :)

Well you could go to the police next time it happens...I mean I used to get that kinda thing every day...but since everyone found out you can get done for something as simple as pantsing someone (pulling their trousers down...actually counts as sexual assault) they seemed to lay off

i just stick to never throwing the first punch, but when this one kid gave me a good shove into a locker... i threw him literally over my hip and onto the concrete.... he never bothered me again. another incidence is my old school bully was fairly scrawny (im not sure how he was classified as a bully) but in high school i worked out like crazy, and when we had a class together it was fairly funny, he wouldnt say a single spiteful thing, ok bottom line is dont resort to violence unless you feel your personal safety is at risk, but dont be weak in his eyes stand up for yourself and dont give him the reaction he wants

Don't take it like man...I've taken it for longer than i can remember...Solved nothing...Personal experience shows that...fighting back is nearly as bad...ignoring and avoiding is the closest i've ever to got to winning
