It's the Cavern of Remembrance from KH2:FM+. You can re-fight all of the organization members here. You have to fight a huge amount of nobodies to get there. The bosses are ridiculously hard. Each door leads to a different member. This game is only available in Japan.

Yes it's Hollow Bastion, yes it has everything to do w/ the organization, you fight them there, HB used to be used by Ansem and his team to do experiments with the heart of a person, so hence it's the perfect place to put some sophisticated equitment. And plz remember this is a game, not all thing must have meaning, just look at HP.
