Well, I've been drawing a lot when I was away. So why not show you some of em? Oh and this is all black and white art. Why? You've just gained a watcher on dA ;3 So many wonderful pieces! I'm usually not a big fan of this sort of gothic style but you pull it off and the lineart is awesome c: The first piece is a bit simple, my favourite was most definitely "IF Function". The line shading is amazing <3 The wings are beautifully drawn and everything is just the right amount of creepiness. At first I thought the boy had a union jack inside of him. o.O "Under the love Umbrella" is my second-most favourite- using one color to break the monotone isn't an original idea but you've done it well. Alex's spine is curved too unrealisticly, although in general you're pretty good with body dimensions etc. You've made me want to draw again x3
I love the second and last one. ^^ First and third are awesome. XD I have to agree with Cariad about the spine on Alex. Looks very weird but still nice. ^^ You got the idea for the last one on Heroes right? XD
Cariad: D'aww, thanks for the many kind words and the watch! I'm glad I checked KHV before I went off to school (: And I'm glad you liked them, especially the 'IF Function'. It happens to be my favorite so far as well. Right amount of creepiness, aye? Haha, I'll take it! And yes, once I read that and took a look at my work again - I thought the union jack was inside of him too. Oh well! Well, Alex's spine had been odd. Holy cows! Your art is amazing! I love the "sketchiness" I think it adds so much personality to the drawings. I have to say that the IF Function is definetly my favorite, the wings are flawless in my opinion and it is really creative. Amazing!
