    Yeah, going by the design of the back hair, it seems to resemble Xemnas', in a way. Either the person has some sort of factor connecting to him, or the pieces of him (I.E. Terra, Master Xehanort, Xehanort 2, etc.), or (obviously) Riku.

    In other words,

    It's Xehanort guys...That's all it is. The Xehanort that Terra becomes later. Though why he's wearing different clothes, who knows. But you can tell EASILY that it's Xehanort. -_-'

    It was shown before KH2 Riku and the mystery guy was shorter than KH2 Riku.

    Somewhat close. Terra sees young Riku like that in one scene. He probably knows that there's darkness in his heart...or...I dunno. Terra wasn't
    possessed at that time
    so he wouldn't know that Xehanort or his heartless would be interested in Riku.

    The figure is clearly
    "Terranort"
    . As for why he's dressed like that...I dunno.

    Was just thinking to myself. But that could be Riku over there. If I remember, after fighting with Roxas in Memory's Skyscraper. He took the form of Xehanort's Heartless. With weird clothing or something. Because no one's seen what Riku's been wearing underneath the Org. Cloak while in Xehanort's Heartless form. :| Again, I'm just giving my opinion. D:

    This is mostly likely it.
    The Xehanort reports hinted that MX hailed from Destiny Islands.
    The body doesn't even look like Riku's or Terranort to me.
