So, who's fed up with youtube?

It's not a matter of having balls, it's a matter of "do this or we will all sue you for everything you own."

 

Most amvs they remove are because of the music, not the anime. At least of mine.

Don't use Within Temptation songs. They don't like that. =(

 

I dont care much for amv's anymore so imho I have to say I dont mind that they are doing this. After all, it is the artist's music and youtube doesnt want to take all of copyright infringement offenses. I wouldnt want to get in trouble for stuff other people are doing.

I dont think it matters if you cite it or not. You need to ask permission from the artist if you want to use it.

 

Even if you do get the permission from the artist, the music group may choose to report your vid....
And if that happens, all you tell them is that you had the artist's permission :/
