But yeah, they sucked. We were only able to vote for Best New Artist. :/ And Brittney was obviously lip syncing. They all were. (Except for the parties)

Is it a bad sign that I don't know who half these people/bands are?

Biggest Moment = Kanye to the West v.s Fifty or should i say fitty(gangsta way) cent

Obviously Kanye will get more albums sold for he has bettuh lyrics and he doesnt rap about how richer he is than you, therefore kanye ltimately destroys fitty cent

No, you just have taste =]

I didn't watch the VMA's...since i have much better things than watching Britney thinking she can "Get Some".

But I do really want to see her performance. Sadly, I was a huge Brit fan...when I was younger, like when "Hit Me Baby One More Time" came out.

And the Gym Class Heroes aren't even new! GRR.

And Kanye's album is obviously going to be better. 50 talks about how small his lolipop is! Who the hell wants to buy his album =_=.

EDIT: OMGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG I just saw the Britney VMA thing. EWWWWW

she sucked!!! what the hell was that? She can't dance. And she doesn't look good in langeray...whatever way you spell it, why is she wearing it? On National TV...

I didn't watch the VMAs but I did out of curiosity watch some of it just now on Youtube and I do have to say that performance by Britney was just lackluster. I don't really care for her singing but sometimes her shows are at least entertaining because of the dancing and such. However, she just...didn't do anything really. The dancers did it all, and she lip synced. She just doesn't seem to have had her heart in that performance at all.

I'm also kind of disappointed that most of the songs up in the VMAs were of one type of music genre. It'd be nice if more were represented there.

I totally agree! What is the world coming to? There's so much of that one Genre.

There's really only a few that stick out. Fall Out Boy, White Strips, Gym Class Heroes, Linkin Park. I don't like most of that rap-sort of Genre.
    And Carrie Underwood. Hate her.
Justin Timberlake was better in Nsync.

I respect Justin Timberlake because he had to overcome the whole "I was one of the biggest boy bands ever" thing.

I guess it's hard to pull away from cute & cuddly little boy band Justin Timberlake and become some hot new thing.

Which he isn't to me, music wise. He did have one helluva obstacle with Nsync.

I didn't watch it, nor do I really care who wins/loses.

But I did catch Britney's performance on youtube.

    LOL SHE'S STILL FAT.

Maybe she's pregnant again. ;3 It'd be the only excuse for that belly she's was awkwardly lugging around the stage. I loved seeing the other artist's expressions while she was performing, too. 50 Cent = D: P Diddy = |:

I can't see anyone on that whole list I like :\

I was very disappointed with the groups. Same, over-played whores you'd expect to see everywhere (FOB & Linkin Park). Uhh.. what about Evanescence? Paramore, Bloc Party, Arctic Monkeys, The Enemy.. There's plenty more bands who deserved to be in that category D:

I never watched it and I don't know like 1/4 of what's on that list, but what I do know is half the songs on there I have heard suck the rest don't do to much better. There are the few that are good but not many. Although you can't blame the artist all that much(discluding some of them) with all the songs out there you have to be really creative and sometimes it's hard to think of anything.

A bit off topic, but he dropped the P. Now he's just Diddy. He dropped it, like a year ago. xD
