Do you think that Kairi is from Radiant Garden then?

 

She is from RG.

 

I thought they confirmed this, because Sora saw her as a little girl in the library at Hollow Bastion/Radient Garden. She was talking to some old lady who I thought was her grandma.

 

Yep, but in that scene Kairi asked to her grandma "Why are we here? "

Watch it on 1:34 and you can see the library in Radiant Garden, which you visit as Sora, but then it's Hollow Bastion. The library is still the same though. Is this evidence enough that Kairi lived in Radiant Garden? imo, it is.
I don't think anybody will state otherwise.
