Because it's a title.

Yeah, seriously. It fine if it's actually a title, but when it's a full sentence it just looks awful.

 

There are two ways: Title Case and Sentence Case

And in the case of a sentence, you should be using Sentence Case. That's why it is called Sentence Case.

 

Neither's incorrect.

 

But one of them looks awful.

 

I have a slight feeling you're going to fail your writing part.
