Agito isn't a character, it's a title. Type-0 prophecy says that during an apocalyptic calamity known as "Finis," a messiah known as the Agito will save the world, or something of the sort.

The members of Class Zero each want to become the Agito.

 

I just like the word Agito, character or not. =]

But who's the one that weilds those two dagger weapons or whatever they are? Her character design reminds me of Ashe everytime I see her.
And then there's also another character, who I have no idea what her name is, and she reminds me of Cicne from Crises Core

So far, I am looking forward to Type-0 more than any other game.

I still think the 1st Dep Trailer is the best trailer I have ever seen.

 

It's not FFXIII. It's just part of the compilation. I read on the wiki about it just now, and it seems that will include the concept of l'cies like FFXIII did. Whether this is good or bad, I don't know.

These people could come up with far more meaningful names that don't sound absurd

 

Machina=Machine in Latin.

It [probably] says quite a bit about his backstory, fits with the rest of the Western styled names, and sounds less ridiculous than Ki.

 

I like Machina and Rem.

1) Their names help me in Latin class.
2) They are my favourite characters next to Seven and Cinque.

Not really, it could be interpreted a myriad ways

Names are not supposed to be obtuse, they're supposed to be precise, speak to minute, concrete details about the character

Either that or they should fit on multiple levels and be symbolically dense, but going this route one still has the issue of making it sound nice, and Machina just sounds weird

If you put babby Machina in a room with kids like Johnny and Vinnie and Jane and Melissa, they're going to laugh him out
