So today, two of my coworkers decided to start a campaign

to make people unfriend me on Facebook.
I'm curious to see how this goes.

 

This is amusing. People going to such lengths to unfriend someone on a terrible website.
Do what I did and close your account. I feel free.

I actually quite enjoy Facebook

My posts are offensive to the religious, politically right-wing, and people with little sense of humor. The two coworkers fall into the first two categories.

 

Lol no, it's not that serious. It's more of a joke thing. Both of these are actually above me in work and have requested me for my promotion.

 

I guess you enjoy tyranny as well. Facebook is controlling and ruining the internet.

Maybe my opinion of it is so low because I was coerced into getting one, but still, it does nothing besides keeping people up to date with meaningless details of other peoples lives.

 

It's only positive aspect is it's ability to get out important information on a large scale. Though let's be honest, it's rarely used for that purpose, and when it is, it's usually not something that couldn't be sent out in a mass email, text, or whatever.
