So today I bought 2 games, returned 1, and replaced it

I managed to get back Shadows of Almia (thank goodness, because I don't really like the other 2 pokemon ranger games), and played Phantom Hourglass for about 3 hours before finally having enough of that gameplay, and returned it to get Project Zone X, which I'm actually finding entertaining, more so to than I actually expected.

One thing I don't understand about Project Zone X is that it's confusing on who's from where. And even more so it's like games that you wouldn't think would take place in the same world actually do. Like, is resident evil supposed to be in the same universe as Tekken? They say there are different worlds and dimensions, but I got no clue on who's from where.

Project X Zone sort of pulls a Marvel vs Capcom and just brings every game universe together through absurd means to reach an entertaining end.

It's a fun game, though later levels made me lose my shit...

 

I'm only on chapter 8 or so, and I'm starting to have a hard time with those bosses. They get pretty difficult. And it's hard keeping all of the character's levels together.

Even growing up I was never too much of a Namco/Capcom fan. The only capcom games I played were Megaman Battle Network, and even now I don't really play any of those things. But I do know a lot of the series these guys are from, and if I didn't, now's a good time to learn.

 

I feel like I'm the only one who liked Phantom Hourglass.

 

Ok, I have to ask, is Frank West as much of a pervert in Dead Rising as he is in Project X Zone? Because I'm starting to get more amused every time he takes those pictures

 

Never played Dead Rising, but he is quite the, ahem... "ladies man."
