Not in the slightest. I just think that you could accidently spin around and someone is behind you, and your lips touch. Or take that episode of Naruto towards the beginning with Sasuke and Naruto... oh wait that wasn't a mistake.

In kindergarden, my best friend (I didn't know her at the time) had the guy she liked (who I also liked 4 years later) accidently spin around and kiss her.

All of these "accidental kisses" must be on purpose. You can't just spin around and lock lips with the person behind you. You would at least be sane and/or balanced enough to stop before you touch each other. All of this love mumbo-jumbo is preposterous.
If your friend was serious, I get the feeling she's incredibly naive and probably watches too many romantic comedies. also lying to yourself isn't healthy :>
