I barely batted an eyelash. I didn't expect anything better.

 

She was found guilty of 4 counts of providing false information to an officer.

The way she acted after Caylee died is not how a mourning mother should act ie partying. Even in the courtroom when the jury was out she was laughing and smiling. When the jury came back in it was back to her pokerface. Something just didn't sit right whenever I watched the trial. (Which was usually when I was getting ready for work in the morning. TruTV had what I assume was live coverage.)

I haven't read up on the case, but the law is;
If you have no evidence, you cannot convict anyone. There are several rapists and murderers out there who have been released due to lack of evidence. However, because of this fact, there are more non-rapist and non-murderers out there who have not been falsely convicted due to no evidence.
I'm not saying it's a good thing, and even if everything points to her having done it, prove it.

It's the common perception that Michael Jackson was a pedophile, but no one could prove that, therefore, nothing happened.
