This time, it's the motherboard, and I'm gonna have to get an all new computer. I guess I just can't get a break when it comes to technology. Luckily, this time, the harddrive is fine, and I'll be able to get all my crap off it easily. Thus, the task falls to get a new computer. Anyone wanna recommend a new computer? Preferably under $600 and with Windows 7?
You could probably build that for less than $500. I wouldn't know how to do so, but I'm sure it's possible.
KS, did you not see the thing about how I have terrible luck with technology Besides, I would have the time or technical know-how to do something like that within a few days. I can't live off my mother's computer for long, I have commissions to do, not to mention KHV Idol. I'd love to have a custom computer, but I just don't have the capacity right now. EDIT; Looking at this one right now. http://shop.lenovo.com/SEUILibrary/...:item.detail?GroupID=457&Code=215168U#Reviews Thoughts?
Just from a quick glance at the specs it's pretty nice I recently bought an HP Envy m6-1105dx. I really like it. I paid around $600 for it. It could be a bit lighter but it's not bad, I knew I couldn't afford an ultrabook or anything so I wasn't expecting it to be skinny as a fingernail or anything. I got it in late December of 2012, dunno if it's still on the market.
So, holy fugging sh*t, you guys; My old computer just turned on. And works almost perfectly. It's a zombie. So I guess I don't need a new computer right now, although I probably will within the next few months.
