    I think they are budgies, but I dunno for sure. One's green and the other is a light blue. If you want I can take a picture of them. xD

    Either way I don't think they talk, they just chirp to no end.

    I have a Grey one, and it talks. It says "Hello"
    And makes phone ringing noises.

    And, it even does the Wolf Whistle at me sometimes. o_o
