So I saw Final Fantasy VII Advent Children for the first time ever today...

[On Blu-Ray, in my PS3, on a '32 HDTV, and holy shit it was amazing (loved that Zack got to be in it. He's just awesome...). I think I even had to stop myself from tearing up at the ending...

If you've got the DVD you can just rip it.

And yeah, I think it's pretty good, though I've never played FFVII. Still, it was entertaining, and certainly pretty to look at. <3

 

I got it on Blu-Ray since im a nerd for HQ and HD so I can't.

I haven't played it either. The closest i've ever gotten to playing FFVII was Crisis Core.

 

My only qualm with that movie was how damn confusing it was if you didn't play FFVII. I had to watch it twice just to understand what happened.

Animation was fantastic and even the story and script were good otherwise (Usually with a Japanese property that's been translated, the script is what bogs things down, cheesy and melodramatic) from what I remember though, it's been a while.

 

I think DVDFab HD does that, though I'm not sure if it's automatically an .avi file.

 

I actually had downloaded it before in pretty lovely quality, but I can't remember completely where I got it from. If I do find it, I can PM it to you and stuff. o:

 

Try watching the Complete version, **** makes SO much more sense. xD
And the fight scenes are like visual orgasms, it's ridiculous.

My favourite part was the one where they fight.
My least favourite part was just about everything else.

 

I enjoyed the film, I watched it for the first time on a sick day so it was a really nice feeling to sit down with the curtains closed and a duvet. Obviously the dramatic film really helped.

 

It was a wonderful movie, I'm glad it didn't ruin the story like FFX-2. I can watch the Cloud/Kadaj and Cloud/Seph fight ALL day.
