I put serious things in the designated First Class thread I put other... er... personal preferences within the confines of this place where it will be long forgotten within 72 hours...
I just want to know if it's worth seeing. I'm going to see a movie on the 18th, or 17th which is my actual birthday, but I want to see a good movie. I'm deciding between Pirates of the Caribbean or maybe this movie, or something else, but I'm not sure
This is better than Pirates by the skin of your teeth. The worst thing about this was some continuity issues with the comics, but if you're not into comics as much as LilBueno, it's all good. Pirates isn't as good as this... sadly. Johnny Depp is still awesome, but Penelope Cruz took him down with her... D:
I'm not the greatest Johnny Depp fan, but I knwo he does great acting...so how does he get taken down with someone else?
I thought this Pirates movie was better than the previous sequels. I was dragged, begrudgingly, to see it and it surpassed my low expectations. I'm more interested in seeing X-Men. Problem?
Penelope Cruz and some other things make the movie bad. Johnny Depp and Geoffrey Rush are the best actors in the whole movie. She can be a horrible actress and make the movie a bit tedious to sit through at times.
Finally someone who agrees with me! Anyway, Pirates of the Carribean was immense, Penelope whatsherface just annoyed me, maybe it was just her accent but her character as well I suppose. Johnny Depp and Geoffrey Rush were amazing as normal and I found the story line to be really exciting. It's probably my favourite out of the 4 films. But back on topic, he is hot.
