Kingdom Hearts II So, I just beat Kingdom Hearts...

...And I'm kinda very much disappointed about Roxas. After those first days in Twilight Town we almost never see him again. Axel too, by the way. I would've loved to see more about their so-called friendship. Roxas just disappears leaving his 3 best buddies behind and never comes back.

I was kinda frustrated about this.

Also, Kingdom Hearts screams for a New Game+ feature. Don't ya think?

Oh, and what's the deal with some of those XIII members? I heard about some dudes called Marluxia and Vexen but never seen em anywhere. Who are these people?

I was also really disappointed in Maleficent's part in all this. I hoped we'd at least get to fight her again. And her gang of bad guys was also not that good. Jafar and Oogie were wasted, same as Ursula, only Hades was cool, and Hook was gone.

All in all I gotta admit I liked KH1 more. KH2 was good, but not as good as KH1.

 

I was kinda disappointed with Roxas' story in KH2 as well, but don't worry, we'll see more of him in 358/2 days and the such :3 So if you're a fan, get that >D

People like Marluxia, Zexion, Vexen and Lexuas (damn it can never spell that!) were around before KH2, in chain of memories. Buy that game or wait for re:com to come out (I advise the latters)

Members of the org like Marluxia etc were eliminated in CoM thats why they aren't in KH2

 

The only thing that went trough my mind when I just finished the days as Roxas where: ''What the hell? Was this all just a prologue or something?'' Y'know, because of the Kingdom Hearts II logo appearing... But I wasn't disappointed at all. It's about the story, not about the characters.

What I didn't liked was the Organization members... If they only where with full 13 members in Kingdom Hearts II instead of the half of them already taken down in Chain of Memories...

But I liked Kingdom Hearts II more than Kingdom Hearts.

 

I was disappointed about Roxas and Axel as well, tha's why I'm gunna rush to a gamestop and get my hands on it as soon as I can. As for Maleficant... I was bummed that couldn't fight her in KH2, she was one of the most fun fights in KH1 to be honest. Her bad guy posse was very, hmmm, pathetic lol. Other than that, KH2 was a good game, and 358/2 days will be its great filler, at least we hope...

 

Most of the org was in Chain of Memories, and yea.. i agree that Roxas shoulda had a bigger part in the whole dam thing.

 

I do agree that kh1 was better then kh2, but dude, u should read up on a lot of the stuff here, cuz right now this thread is like someone walking into a room of vampires and saying "Hmmm. You guys aren't vampires by any chance, are you?", or something along those lines.....

Well Chain of Memories is coming out this christmas for the ps2 (atleast I think. I havnt read up on it lately so it could (probably) be coming out later), so there's a start atleast ^_^

 

Meh I hated the battle system in GBA CoM (hence why I quit playing after 1 hour) so I hope they've done better in the remake. And I hope to God they make it like KH1 and you get to explore a lot and not like KH2 where you go from point A to B without sideways an you a message saying "We need to go blablabla" when trying to enter another area basically restricting your freedom in the game and the game was a lil too easy.

But I'm looking forward to it. I wonder how they'll do Sora's voice. He's not old yet, so how are they gonna fix that?

 

I like Kh1's story,but Kh2's gameplay.Both games are fine,I can't wait for Re:com on December 2nd!I want it soo bad!Also,the other Orgainization's members are from COM,Chain Of Memories,they have been killed by Axel,Sora,and Riku at different times.

5. to me, maleficent wasn't anyone special, kh1 and kh2, in kh1 she was a bigger role however well...she died as a dragon...oogie, jafar weren't special, however the hades bit is right xDDDD

Well I think New Game+ would be solid for KH. For those who don't know what it is:

You start a new game, but with all your old equipment and levels. Usually this is also accompanied by new special endings you can get. Basically playing the game again but with upgraded equipment and getting new endings. And you can keep doing this to get better and better.

But I don't really see it happening, even though it's one of Square's specialties.

 

Well, he's going to have his own game, he gets more screen time than Sora. But it is sad that a lot of the organization members get more screen time than Roxas does.

 

I liked Roxas way more then Sora, he was so much less naive.
