    No because some people who aren't in the Secret Santa have got it and some who are haven't. Chev even said to get it you need to Complete Castle Oblivion. We just don't know why, what the reason behind it is because it's more than/different to completeing CO as you get a seperate pin for that.

    Well, here's what I'm thinking, and this is just a theory at best.

    Maybe they wanted to celebrate Castle Oblivion a bit more. It may have to do with the whole theme of memory loss and such.
